Job Requirements

- must possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- within the last ten (10) years, must have five (5) years of experience supporting organizational change tied to IT system implementations
- must possess a current Prosci Organizational Change Management Certification
- within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum one (1) year of experience with Accela Civic Platform or Accela licensing and enforcement modules
