Renesas Electronics
• Join us as a Corporate Account Manager and take the lead on high-impact distribution engagements across the Americas. • Act as a strategic architect for our channel business, transforming market intelligence into sustained growth. • Establish and exceed sales budgets and other critical business objectives. • Build deep POS (Point of Sale) understanding throughout their distributor to support our internal POS forecasting process. • Accountability for distributor POS, Inventory, and Bookings performance. • Develop and execute business plans that leverage the unique value proposition of the Distributor with the strengths of the Renesas organization. • Develop and build strong relationships throughout their Distributor, collaborate with them, and hold regular business reviews at the Business Unit and Executive levels with the key distributor’s personnel. • Align goals and establish strong internal working relationships with the Renesas Mass Market sales team who are executing strategies at the field level. • Develop and drive Demand Creation programs that enable, motivate, and incentivize distributor personnel to design-in the Renesas portfolio. • Coordinate and manage a consistent product training programs throughout their distributor. • Support the successful implementation of new products introductions. • Gather market intelligence and develop strategies to action opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in relevant field
- 5 - 10 years Account Management, Distribution Sales Management, Business Development, or similar role in the electronic component industry with a proven track record of success.
- Proven ability to cultivate relationships and exert influence across all organizational levels of an account.
- Exceptional verbal and digital communication skills with a refined ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational acumen to maximize efficiency and streamline complex, day-to-day distribution engagements.
- Adept at prioritizing initiatives in fast-paced environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
- Proven capacity to architect aggressive growth plans that challenge distributors to significantly outpace market trends.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% depending on primary location.
- Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, and Teams) and PowerBI.
- Advanced Excel mastery, including a deep understanding of pivot tables, complex formulas, and data visualization.
