Job Responsibilities - Assist clients and prospects with brokerage accounts and uncover investment needs with a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience over the telephone - Discuss Individual Retirement Accounts, such as Traditional and Roth IRAs - Create business efficiency by focusing on answering calls quickly, identifying client needs, initiating trades in the capital markets, and completing service-oriented transaction - Document all client interactions and meeting all regulatory requirements around these activities Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills - FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and 63 (or equivalent) must be obtained within 90 days of employment - Strong compliance record in prior position(s) and ability to hold a registration in all 50 states - Ability to create and foster strong partnerships with business partners, working independently as well as in a team environment - Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and be adaptive to change - Ability to diagnose and resolve client inquiries and requests as well as identify opportunities to deepen client relationships Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills - Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience - 2 years of relevant financial services or brokerage experience - Flexibility, self-motivation, coachability, and passionate for helping people - Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to display a high level of professionalism, and ability to adapt conversations to meet the needs of a diverse client base Additional information: - Must be able to work onsite Monday through Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm during training and/or licensing. Following training, transition to a hybrid environment, where team members work in the office three days a week and work remote two days. - Department is open the following hours: Monday-Friday 7 AM - 8 PM EST, Saturday 8 AM - 5 PM EST. The working hours for this role will be assigned and may fall into any of the department operating hours. Candidate may be required to work non-standard schedule (example: four 10 hour days vs. five 8 hour days).
