• Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems across landscapes (DEV, QA, PROD) • Administer SAP environments including instances, application servers, and profiles • Manage transports, system copies, client copies, and refreshes • Monitor system health, performance, and availability • Analyze dumps, logs (ST22, SM21), and resolve technical issues • Perform system tuning and optimization • Design and implement technical solutions for mergers & acquisitions, carve-outs and divestitures, system consolidations and reorganizations • Develop data migration strategies including data extraction and mapping rules, data validation and reconciliation, cutover planning and execution • Execute transformation projects using SNP tools and methodologies • Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable SAP solutions • Prepare detailed technical specifications and architecture designs • Lead setup, configuration, testing cycles, and documentation • Support go-live activities and post-go-live stabilization • Work with databases such as SAP HANA and other supported platforms • Coordinate backups, restores, and disaster recovery strategies

• Work on the implementation and support of processes in the SAP SD module, ensuring adherence to Brazilian business processes. • Lead requirements gathering with business areas and translate needs into functional SAP solutions. • Design and implement the architecture of integrated solutions within the SAP environment. • Knowledge of integration with SAP and non‑SAP messaging systems. • Support functional testing, user acceptance (UAT), and production deployment of solutions. • Collaborate with technical teams for development and necessary system adjustments.

Role Description As Product Costing Consultant, you will: - Be part of an onshore team, working with client teams and our offshore teams as part of an SAP implementation. - Accompany Capgemini’s clients in key design decisions in the Finance space, integrated with other functional and technical areas. - Design, configure, and optimize SAP Solutions from a finance perspective to meet evolving business needs, based on SAP standard and industry best practices for both RISE and GROW. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals, and external vendors, to ensure successful SAP project delivery, discoveries, and support. - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing relationships throughout implementation and technical build processes. - Contribute from a thought leadership perspective to help grow our clients but also our internal practice from a finance perspective, SAP perspective (including the future roadmap) and the industry practices you’ve come across. Qualifications - Minimum of 2-4+ years of experience in SAP Finance. - A level of expertise in SAP S/4HANA (Product costing and/or Margin Analysis also called Profitability Analysis) with 1 or 2 full life-cycle SAP implementations. - Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
