• Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems across landscapes (DEV, QA, PROD) • Administer SAP environments including instances, application servers, and profiles • Manage transports, system copies, client copies, and refreshes • Monitor system health, performance, and availability • Analyze dumps, logs (ST22, SM21), and resolve technical issues • Perform system tuning and optimization • Design and implement technical solutions for mergers & acquisitions, carve-outs and divestitures, system consolidations and reorganizations • Develop data migration strategies including data extraction and mapping rules, data validation and reconciliation, cutover planning and execution • Execute transformation projects using SNP tools and methodologies • Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable SAP solutions • Prepare detailed technical specifications and architecture designs • Lead setup, configuration, testing cycles, and documentation • Support go-live activities and post-go-live stabilization • Work with databases such as SAP HANA and other supported platforms • Coordinate backups, restores, and disaster recovery strategies
• Design and implement technical concepts for mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, and reorganizations at system and data level • Plan, design, implement, and maintain solutions leveraging SAP • Analyze business and technical requirements to ensure solutions meet client needs effectively • Prepare detailed technical specifications to guide the development process • Manage the setup, programming (if applicable), testing cycles, and creation of comprehensive documentation for go-live and post go-live support • Support presales activities • Act as a mentor or trainer to consultants by sharing business or technical expertise • Coordinate migration projects in SAP and non-SAP environments
• Create a sales strategy for your territory / industry / accounts consisting of upselling to existing customers as well as recruiting new accounts, to exceed your sales quota • Develop account-level sales strategies to build relationships within each account, leading to a long-standing customer relationship, contributing to your annual sales quota • Engage with potential customers and provide ongoing qualification and nurturing activities to advance sales opportunities • Prioritize software sales in your assigned territory, meeting software ratio quota targets • Follow SNP’s sales process and sales tools (Salesforce.com), maintaining up to date forecast accuracy throughout the quarter • Network and coordinate with Partners and Marketing to identify, segment, and target accounts in your territory • Creatively leverage all publicly available information to create value-driven, differentiated proposals
