This is a 12-month contract, hybrid in West Chester, PA 3 days a week onsite. This consultant will be joining a team that is supporting a billing automation project. This group will support 6 projects this fiscal year. The goal is to make the pilot billing automation project repeatable to all health system customers they support. This specialist will review issue queues and broken orders, track issues in spreadsheets and dashboards, reading APIs to navigation different systems to triage issues, identify patterns like recurring system failures, and support new system launches and post-launch cleanup. This candidate needs to be technically fluent in Excel, Tableau or Power BI and ERP systems.
