• The BDR plays a vital role in building the sales pipeline to ensure the success and growth of our B2B solutions. • Conduct extensive market research to discover new potential business clients. • Initiate contact with potential business clients. • Qualify leads through calls and collaborate with the sales team. • Develop effective BDR campaigns encompassing messages, calls, and emails.
Job Requirements
- Professional experience with sales and a clear sales career orientation
- Your verbal and written communication skills in English are excellent
- You are self-motivated, resourceful with a can-do attitude
- Excellent organizational skills
- You are comfortable talking to strangers and are an expert making the first contact and building valuable relationships
- Enthusiasm for calling and an ability to adapt to each prospect
- Good, positive attitude is a must!
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (Solution Selling, SPICED, MEDDIC, Challenger etc)
- Experience with a CRM and email automation tools are a good plus
