Business Development Representative
Frontline Managed Services
• Conduct strategic research to identify, qualify, and prioritize high-potential business opportunities • Execute outbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage leads • Create and refine outreach messaging aligned with client pain points • Attend virtual and in-person industry events and networking functions • Maintain up-to-date, accurate CRM records and pipeline activity
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
- 2–4 years of business development or inside sales experience
- Industry knowledge in legal or managed services preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and modern sales outreach platforms
- Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences, networking events, or client-facing meetings.
