Compensation The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $95,000 USD. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

Senior Client Insights Manager
Circana
• Provide strategic, priority support for top tier Clients and account teams within Circana’s Client Development Organization (CDO). • Partner with Clients and CDO Account Leaders to proactively identify, structure and answer Client-related business questions. • Inform Client’s 3 to 5-year strategic plans. • Address strategic retail questions. • Influence key Client stakeholders by providing: Proactive insights, Addressing business questions, HQ/Retail support and collaboration, Industry thought leadership, Solution training/adoption, Troubleshooting issues and communicating to cross-functional teams to resolve. • Create compelling Client-ready content that is easy to understand, digest and provides compelling recommendations across key data sets including point of sale, consumer and loyalty/frequent-shopper data.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, sales, or category management within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or a marketing analytics organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant insights, packaging the learnings into Client-ready presentations and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport cross-functionally and engage in a consultative manner with Clients when helping solve/manage key business needs and influence thinking.
- Experience Circana’s consumer and shopper data assets a plus OR other syndicated data solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus.
