• Play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge cloud solutions. • Guide the migration and modernization strategies that empower clients to leverage the full potential of AWS. • Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure cloud architectures are robust, efficient, and aligned with client objectives. • Create and articulate a compelling value proposition for AWS migration, demonstrating its transformational benefits to client executives. • Define and execute technical migration and modernization strategies in collaboration with highly technical teams. • Deliver modern architectures, including microservices and event-driven architectures, using managed services and cloud-native capabilities. • Engage with clients’ development, infrastructure, security, and IT operations teams to identify repeatable patterns and architectures for cloud migration. • Identify platform improvement opportunities and influence future iterations of the AWS platform and Migration Acceleration Program.
Job Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience in application or infrastructure design, implementation, or consulting.
- Experience in specific technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data, and analytics.
- Proven experience in a Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Lead Architect role, leading the discovery, design, and build of custom and commercial applications.
- Experience in Terraform & AWS CloudFormation for migration.
- Experience with AI tools (Kiro, Kiro Cli or others).
- Proficiency in architecting, designing, and migrating workloads to the public cloud.
- Familiarity with a range of migration discovery, profiling, migration automation, and operations tools and technologies.
- Experience with multi-tier distributed architecture within IT consulting, IT operations, application development, or support.
- Understanding of large IT budgets, complex vendor relationships, and the ability to work across diverse teams to build the case for cloud migration.
- Strong knowledge of multiple migration strategies, such as rehosting, refactoring, re-architecting, replatforming, and repurchasing.

Role Description The Engineer II, Data is primarily responsible for building and operating reliable data integrations and data platform capabilities that move sensitive healthcare data securely and consistently.
