This position is responsible for developing and maintaining our OneStream environment, preparing internal and external financial statement packages, and partnering across the organization on month-end close, allocations, consolidations, and ad hoc analysis. The ideal candidate brings strong technical OneStream skills, GAAP knowledge, and the drive to continuously improve our reporting infrastructure. Work schedule: Monday- Friday (Hybrid, 3 days in office/2 days home) JOB QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A. - Must have hands-on OneStream administration experience – both developing new functionality and maintaining the production system. - Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial statement preparation (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow). - Demonstrated experience preparing financial statement packages for internal leadership and external stakeholders (lenders, bondholders, auditors). - Advanced Excel skills (complex models, lookups, pivot tables, large-data manipulation). - Experience with Alteryx or similar workflow/data-prep tools, preferred - Experience with Oracle ERP, preferred - Manufacturing or CPG industry experience, preferred - Strong team player – demonstrates flexibility, maintains a professional approach, collaborates effectively, and consistently gets things done. - Driven and self-motivated – takes ownership of deliverables, meets deadlines, and proactively looks for ways to improve processes. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: OneStream Administration & Development - Serve as one of the primary administrators of the OneStream platform – owning development, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the system. - Build, enhance, and maintain metadata, hierarchies, dimensions, cube views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, data integrations, and security. - Develop new functionality to support evolving FP&A, consolidation, and reporting needs (allocations, GL mapping, headcount, capex, etc.). - Troubleshoot system and user issues, access, security, system upgrades, patches, and source-system integrations. - Document processes, train end users, and drive adoption of OneStream as the single source of truth. Financial Statement Packages & External Reporting - Prepare monthly and quarterly internal financial statement packages, including consolidated P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and supporting schedules. - Prepare external reporting packages for lenders and bondholders, including the ABL Certificate, MD&A files, and other compliance deliverables. - Support quarterly bondholder reporting and ad hoc lender requests with accurate, well-supported analysis. Month-End Close & GAAP Reporting - Own key month-end close deliverables: trial balance review, GAAP mapping, ICO balancing entries, gross profit split, allocations, and consolidation/mapping files. - Apply strong GAAP knowledge to ensure accurate financial statement presentation and proper accounting treatment. Budget, Forecast & FP&A Support - Prepare analytics on department spend review- analyzing spending patterns, and identifying actionable insights to support department heads in budget and forecast planning - Prepares forecast and budget inputs, upload templates, and ad hoc analyses - Cross-Functional Partnership & Process Improvement - Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including expanding Alteryx workflows to replace manual efforts - Partner closely with the broader Finance and Accounting team – providing support as needed across systems, reporting, reconciliations, and ad hoc requests to ensure the team delivers as one. • Provide financial leadership and support to Acelero Learning West & South Regions delegates, ensuring compliance, accurate financial reporting, and effective budget management • Identify and implement strategies to improve financial efficiency and optimize resource utilization to enhance the overall financial performance of the Delegates • Oversee the Finance Coordinator(s) and collaborate with Support Center teams to optimize financial operations and support programmatic goals • Ensure fiscal integrity and compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and OMB circulars through the implementation of sound internal controls and adherence with fiscal policies and procedures

• Work directly with clients to implement Workday Financials technology solutions into their business environments of increasing complexity levels with experience • Deliver high-quality Workday solutions across multiple industries to meet clients’ business needs of increasing complexity levels with experience. • Define, build and implement financial processes and structure, in alignment with client’s business objectives and needs, enhancing clients’ experience and value of the Workday software of increasing complexity levels with experience. • Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization • Manage a team of consultants, guiding them through their Workday/professional development and handling escalations (Manager Level) • Utilize Workday experience and knowledge to develop sales material and scope projects as needed by the sales team (Senior/Principal Level) • Report directly to a Managing or Senior Managing Workday Financials Consultant • Travel 25% at client request

Role Description The Associate Underwriter reports to the VP, Underwriting and is responsible for providing underwriters with information necessary to make underwriting and pricing decisions. This position provides support within established process workflows and guidelines that are responsive to marketing, underwriting, retention, and service goals. - Perform data entry, maintain service diaries, manage account clearance, and support renewal templating processes. - Setting up ILF rater with tower schematics and exposure details. - Setting up UW template with exposure & financial information. - Update and maintain transaction logs, account documentation (ensuring accuracy and organized files), and internal information systems. - Support with maintenance of manual submission and transaction logs. - Support with file organization/completeness. - Support underwriters by assembling and processing quotes, binders, policies, endorsements, and billing communications. - Support with data entry into OYYO for new/renewal business for quotes/binders/policies. - Communicate with brokers and agents to gather additional account information and provide updates on account status. - Follow up for missing documentation to facilitate account review and file audits. - Provide general administrative support to underwriters and other internal teams as needed.
