Role Description The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Pre-Production Artist will provide support to our partner through day-to-day graphic support. You will be responsible for designing mockups, vectorizing logos, and producing presentation decks from their initial concept through to their final delivery. The production artist must be very collaborative and have excellent problem-solving abilities, all while maintaining consistency and the original brand look throughout the process. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field. - 1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Production Artist, or other relevant experience. - Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. - Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. - Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. - Proficient with Adobe programs, specifically Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and InDesign. - Technically savvy with a solid understanding of file formats, image optimization techniques, and color management. - A strong portfolio that demonstrates your creative and technical skills in graphic design, as well as your ability to deliver visually impactful designs.
