  • 2+ years of experience with Genesys Engage or cloud-based call center applications.

  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Role Description The Manufacturing Production Planner is responsible for managing production scheduling, material planning, and performance tracking in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Ensure on-time delivery, efficient resource utilization, and alignment between customer demand, supplier commitments, and production capacity.
