Role Description As a Head of Design, you will work with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver everything needed for Rain’s product, marketing, and brand. In this role, you will lead the product design team and work closely with our Marketing team on collateral for marketing. - Oversee design for the mobile app, employer web portal, and internal admin tools. - Expand and maintain our design system and visual language. - Drive design for new initiatives, including an AI financial assistant, card products, lending, and PFM tools. - Direct marketing collateral, brand evolution, and motion design (managing freelance resources). - Collaborate with Product and GTM teams to transform loosely defined requirements into intuitive features. Project Scope: You will spearhead end-to-end design for a diverse product suite, including: - Launching AI-powered assistants, card products, lending solutions, and subscription models. - Scaling personal finance tools, the employer portal, and our marketing site. - Expanding and evolving our global design system to support rapid growth. Compensation Base: $180,000-$230,000 - Note this is a range and we take in a variety of factors when determining total compensation for the position.
