SAP Functional Analyst, FICO

• Responsible for solving complex problems; design, configure, test and implement solutions for SAP FI, CO and FSCM. • Analyzes business needs, documents requirements and translates needs into functional, non-functional and/or technical specifications. • Performs analysis, and evaluates downstream business, systems, process, and/or organizational impacts. • Analyzes the process to be implemented, defines system requirements in terms of system capabilities and configures SAP. • Maintains a high level of functional competency regarding standard SAP FI and CO configuration and keeping current on SAP trends & future enhancements. • Collaborates with the development team in order to achieve desired end-results on complex problems by delivering scalable business process solutions. • Plans and assists with oversight of testing processes and activities including defect identification and resolution. • Develops or assists in the development of work plans, time schedules, project task items, and assists with estimating resource needs for analysts, developers, business user personnel, and consultants. • Advises business partners on the implications of standard or new SAP solutions that can be applied to a problem. • Identifies risks and issues, and seeks approval on complex matters.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years configuration experience in CO, FI and FSCM.
- Experience with OpenText is an advantage.
- Experience in Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing and Profitability Analysis, with knowledge in Margin Analysis being a valuable plus.
- Experience with FICO integration between all operations and manufacturing modules.
- Experience with SAP partner applications such as Blackline, HighRadius, Esker etc is an advantage
- 2+ Full life cycle implementations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance/Accounting or related field preferred.
- SAP Certification in FICO for Suite on HANA and/or S4 highly desired.
