Role Description At Kidde Global Solutions Commercial Fire Business Unit, we are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Project Manager. In the role of Project Manager, you’ll work cross-functionally with our Field Service, Applications and Sales Operations teams focused on supporting our installation partners to ensure all aspects of the project remain on schedule and within budget. Key Characteristics - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Supervision - Project and process management - Negotiation skills - Budget development and tracking - Mentoring and coaching - Critical thinking - Strong organizational and analytical skills Project Manager Job Responsibilities - Coordinates meetings with installation contractors. - Attend relevant meetings with our client as well as job progress meetings with our installation partners. - Prepares, updates and completes action plans (updates job progress and task list items in CRM tool such as Salesforce, Mission Control, etc.). - Prepare status reports for client(s). - Implements installation, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. - Resolves problems, completes audits, identifies trends, determines system improvements, and implements change. - Oversee the project schedule to ensure alignment with project milestones, addressing variances and coordinating corrective actions.
