• Consulting & Design: Analyze existing system landscapes and define BTP architectures, derive technical and functional requirements, and create solution designs for integrations, extensions, and cloud workloads. • Project Execution: Support migration and innovation projects and conduct workshops, training sessions, and technical reviews. • Documentation & Transfer: Document project results, perform handovers, and transfer knowledge to clients and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes. • Security & Identity: Advise on security and identity management and support operating concepts such as multi-tenancy, tenant isolation, and governance. • Operations & Optimization: Assist with monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure stable system operations. • System Integration: Integrate SAP and non‑SAP systems using the SAP Integration Suite.
Job Requirements
- Professional experience in the SAP environment with a focus on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Practical, hands‑on experience in one or more of the following areas: SAP Integration Suite, CAP development, SAPUI5/Fiori development, or SAP Build.
- Experience with cloud architectures and knowledge of SAP Cloud Identity Services.
- Willingness to drive topics independently and take responsibility.
- Enjoyment of continuous professional development and interest in new technology trends.

Role Description The Head of Strategic Business Development, Professional Services is a senior commercial leader responsible for growing Circana’s Professional Services revenue globally. The role focuses on originating and closing medium to large enterprise engagements—consulting, managed services, ongoing support, and solution development—either as stand-alone engagements or attached to Circana data and technology offerings. This role leads the Professional Services global sales team, with a primary mandate to build and convert new pipeline across North America and Europe, while pursuing selective expansion in Australia and other international markets. A Central or Eastern U.S. time zone presence is strongly preferred to support effective collaboration with executive leadership, global teams, and international clients. Building on Circana’s leadership in general merchandise, CPG, and retail, this role will extend the company’s differentiated capabilities into adjacent verticals, including pharmacy, healthcare, government, and financial services. The Head of Strategic Business Development will own global growth strategy, pipeline development, deal execution, and sales leadership, closing medium- to large-scale, complex enterprise engagements that are strategic, multi-stakeholder, and often multi-region in nature. Role Description The purpose of the Enablement Solutions Architect role is to support the successful design, implementation, and operations of TAPFIN solutions. This role ensures TAPFIN processes are in place and adhered to in support of the implementation and operations of our programs, and that service providers contribute to the successful delivery of TAPFIN solutions.
