• Own and execute work submitted through the Solutions Request Queue for any internal team • Serve as a technical escalation point for complex, non-standard, or cross-platform requests • Enable internal teams and customers by translating platform capabilities into usable, supportable solutions • Validate service alignment with contracted offerings and identify gaps or misconfigurations • Provide clear technical recommendations that improve service quality and consistency • Support company initiatives requiring advanced technical coordination and execution • Document solutions, patterns, and best practices to improve scalability and repeatability • Identify systemic issues and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tooling
Job Requirements
- Strong technical background in security platforms, logging, networking, or MDR-related technologies
- Strong networking background with understanding of common protocols, firewalls, routing, and log transport methods
- Experience working within Linux environments and comfort with Linux command line. Scripting or automation experience is a plus
- Ability to solve ambiguous, cross-functional technical problems
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to translate technical detail into actionable outcomes
