Job Requirements
- Strong product management experience working on growth, onboarding, retention, or engagement problems
- A proven track record of improving product usage metrics that translate into meaningful business impact
- Deep experience with experimentation and hypothesis driven product development
- High comfort level working with product analytics tools such as Amplitude or similar platforms
- Strong product intuition and the ability to balance speed with thoughtful decision making
- Experience partnering closely with Lifecycle Marketing, PMM, Data, and Research teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify ambiguity into clear next steps
- A highly customer centric mindset, grounded in both qualitative and quantitative insight

Role Description The Senior Director, Fleet Product Management will define and lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for all fleet-related products and platforms across the enterprise.
