• Act as the customer's point of contact via email, phone, or chat • Serve as the internal focal point for resolving customer-related issues • Triage incoming tickets and carefully analyze requests, assessing whether they should be escalated to other teams and prioritizing by urgency • Manage internal communication to minimize customer response times • Assist with operational procedures related to the implementation of the tool for clients • Build relationships with customers through support, aiming to increase retention • Propose improvements to internal workflows and suggest actions that increase customer satisfaction and loyalty based on support experience • Work to improve support processes through the use of AI

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer support experience
