Greenhouse Software
• Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and leads • Execute on a personalized outreach strategy that includes emailing, cold calling, and LinkedIn messaging • Qualify leads by learning about the prospect's approach to hiring and their unique recruiting needs • Create new business opportunities for the company to grow revenue • Collaborate with a dynamic and driven group of highly skilled SDRs to collectively achieve company goals and celebrate victories as a team • Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require
Job Requirements

- The ability to tailor written and verbal communication style to various audiences
- Familiarity with AI tools and a curiosity about how to apply them to your workflow
- Experience cold-calling and cold-emailing, a plus
