• The CTMS Operations Manager owns CTMS platform governance, technical support for other Care Access users, operational reporting, and the CTMS operations team that executes these requirements. • This role is both people leader and technical owner: final gatekeeper for CTMS site and study builds, owner of platform/configuration standards and release/change control, primary liaison to our CTMS vendor(s), SSU, Source, Study Ops, and QA, and lead for CTMS-sourced operational reporting. • The role ensures build quality, SOP/GxP compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement of CTMS processes and KPIs.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or other related field of study - 1 to 3 years of experience in KYC/Quality Control, Due Diligence, Client Onboarding, Compliance or a similar field - Understanding of relevant AML/KYC documentation requirements, bank policies, and regulatory requirements - Knowledge of requirement applicable to KYC, including The USA PATRIOT ACT, OFAC, and FinCEN regulations - Have a control mindset, detailed orientated, and a desire to take ownership of objectives and drive results - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - VBA and PowerBI a strong plus. - Knowledge of the English is required.
