Role Description This is an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to help define customer needs and execute strategies to solve them. We have the privilege of launching new services, products, and integrations that deliver real value across four key everyday verticals. This role in particular will start by supporting a portfolio of boutique fitness studios with their strategy, customer journey, marketing, and metrics. This individual will be hands-on and energetic about studio operator success, but will also be collaborative in helping us better define the offering, scaling it for success. Job Responsibilities: - Consult Xplor Growth Satellite (STL) Customers (primarily in Fitness and Wellbeing) on their marketing, sales, and customer journey strategy. - Provide excellent and strategic guidance to STL customers by proactively consulting them on their customer journey communications. - Deliver ideas, strategies, and materials that drive STL customer satisfaction, product/service adoption, and month-over-month retention. - Support in building a consultative high-touch product by incorporating automated ways to deliver marketing strategies at scale. - Efficient and timely launch and implementation of services with a high level of accountability. - Follow Standard Operating Procedures for the delivery of services to Xplor STL customers. - Has a blend of SaaS and consulting knowledge and can apply that background to the evolution of STL. - Proactively address client needs and improve the quality, reliability, and repeatability of STL services. - Be open to new and creative ways of adding customer value, helping to elevate the offering. - Operate in a fast-paced startup-type environment where you are open to and can help execute on new ideas and activities to drive customer success and generate revenue. The average base salary pay range for this role is between $70,000 - $75,000. May be considered for a discretionary bonus. Working arrangements: - US Remote: You can work fully remote in this position, provided you reside in the United States and have full working rights. Qualifications - Experience in studio marketing, operations, or the fitness industry. - True love for customers and helping people. - Extensive experience in implementation, delivery, creation and development of service deliverables using various Xplor technologies or other software platforms. - Ability to support the Emerging Technologies Team with various projects in a remote setting. - Ability to execute strategic vision and to implement best practice processes. - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with self-awareness and strong client-facing presence to be able to effectively communicate with clients. - Highly ethical, ability to demonstrate empathy, humility, motivation and listening skills. - Passion for fitness, health, and wellness, our vision, and the customer problems we are solving. - Marketing expert with an ear to the ground on the latest digital marketing trends and tactics.
