Role Description We’re looking for a Producer to join the exciting world of PowerWash Simulator! You’ll be joining an award-winning studio where you’ll use your exceptional communication and organisational skills to manage the infrastructure which supports our growing relationships with outsource partners, from concept to delivery. You’ll be the bridge between our development team and the external businesses we work alongside to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery. You’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing work produced by external teams, ensuring it meets quality, scope and schedule expectations. You will also be identifying risks, keeping development on track, liaising with marketing and business development. Role & Responsibilities: - Owner of the PowerWash Apple Arcade Production pipeline - Responsible for overseeing outsourcing content production for PowerWash 2 - Working alongside our internal team, co-dev partners and Apple to produce regular content drops to the Apple Store, ensuring contracts, SOWs and invoicing is organised in a timely manner - Responsible for the roadmap, backlog and keeping documentation up to date - Keep internal teams aligned, such as tech, QA and marketing - Risk management and Stakeholder updates - Store and release management for Apple Store Qualifications - 3+ years in games production, with knowledge of the full game development cycle - Excellent communication, organisational, documentation and stakeholder management skills - Comfortable using project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Excel, Miro) and running daily scrums, sprint planning and retrospectives - Proven experience working with outsourcers, or co-development partners - History of managing external commercial relationships (publishers, vendors etc) - Experience with cross-team collaboration, quality and risk management - Understanding of contract structures, SOWs, milestone‑based delivery and invoicing - Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously - Understanding of project management and bug tracking software such as Jira - Experience shipping one or more console, PC, or live‑service titles Requirements - Experience working across geographically distributed teams and time zones (Desirable) - Knowledgeable with localisation processes and pipelines (Desirable) - Previous experience in shipping games on the Apple AppStore (Desirable) - Interest and appreciation of relaxing games (Desirable) Benefits - Competitive salary (dependent on experience) - Performance related bonus - Bi-annual salary reviews based on your performance - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (No weekends, No overtime, No Crunch!) - Opportunity to work from home (UK only), out of our Brighton office, or hybrid - 27 days of paid annual leave, including 21 standard days, 3 days over the Christmas closure, 2 discretionary 'Duvet Days,' 1 day to celebrate your birthday, plus all 8 UK bank holidays and an extra day off for our very own FuturLab bank holiday! - 5 paid training and 2 paid volunteer days per year to work on your personal development - Opportunities to attend and speak at gaming events/conferences - Free MS Game Pass or PS+ subscription - Free game codes, game swag and merchandise - Bike2work scheme - Enhanced Maternity - 9 months full pay (statutory benefit topped up by FL) - Paternity leave - 8 weeks full pay - Enhanced Sick Pay - Enhanced Pension - Private Healthcare, includes dental and optical cover - Remote therapy service through Spill - 8 x 50-minute virtual sessions over 6 months whenever you need them.
