Role Description We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect, a hands-on technical leadership role for a senior professional who combines deep Dynamics 365 expertise with modern integration practices, delivering scalable digital solutions across industries. This is a fully remote position. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365. - 3+ years in a solution architect or technical lead role on enterprise D365 implementations. - Outstanding track record demonstrating successful delivery of complex D365 projects across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or Customer Engagement modules. - Deep expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure services including DevOps, Logic Apps, and Service Bus. - Experience working in consulting firms, professional services, or B2B environments is highly preferred. - Solid understanding of data modeling, security architecture, and enterprise integration patterns. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling solutions for business stakeholders. - Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Requirements - Architect end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with business requirements and Microsoft best practices. - Lead solution design sessions, technical workshops, and discovery engagements with clients and internal teams. - Define integration strategies between D365 and third-party systems using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and APIs. - Oversee and mentor development teams during implementation, customization, and deployment phases. - Conduct solution reviews, code reviews, and performance assessments to ensure quality and scalability. - Develop and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, data flow models, and integration specs. - Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery. - Drive continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and technical standards. - Stay current with Microsoft roadmap updates and recommend adoption of new features and capabilities. Education - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
