Role Description Estamos à procura de um(a) Senior Data Scientist para integrar uma equipa tecnológica focada na criação de soluções avançadas de analytics e modelos preditivos orientados ao negócio. Esta função terá um papel central na transformação de dados em insights estratégicos, contribuindo diretamente para decisões informadas e iniciativas data-driven. Como Senior Data Scientist, serás responsável pelo desenvolvimento, implementação e otimização de modelos analíticos e preditivos, colaborando com equipas multidisciplinares para criar soluções de elevado impacto. Irás trabalhar em estreita colaboração com equipas de engenharia de dados, analytics e stakeholders de negócio, garantindo que os dados são explorados de forma estratégica e eficiente. Terás também um papel ativo na evolução de boas práticas de Data Science, automação e qualidade de dados. Responsibilities - Desenvolver, testar e implementar modelos preditivos e analíticos; - Analisar grandes volumes de dados para gerar insights de negócio; - Colaborar com equipas multidisciplinares na definição de soluções data-driven; - Trabalhar com equipas de Data Engineering na construção e manutenção de pipelines de dados; - Implementar práticas de CI/CD aplicadas a workflows de Data Science; - Comunicar resultados e insights a stakeholders técnicos e não técnicos; - Garantir qualidade, integridade e consistência dos dados; - Apoiar iniciativas de melhoria contínua e inovação analítica. Qualifications - Formação superior em Engenharia Informática, Matemática, Estatística ou área similar; - Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência como Data Scientist; - Forte domínio de SQL, Python e R; - Experiência sólida com práticas e ferramentas de CI/CD; - Experiência com pelo menos uma plataforma cloud (AWS, GCP ou Azure); - Conhecimento de metodologias de modelação de dados (Kimball, Inmon, Data Vault); - Experiência com ferramentas de visualização (Tableau, Spotfire ou Power BI); - Forte capacidade analítica e resolução de problemas; - Boa capacidade de comunicação e colaboração. Preferred Qualifications - Experiência com Snowflake ou Databricks; - Experiência em sistemas distribuídos e ambientes de grande escala; - Forte capacidade de gestão de stakeholders; - Experiência em ambientes orientados a analytics avançado.
