Role Description Responsable de garantizar el control financiero de la organización, supervisando la contabilidad, cumplimiento fiscal y la integridad de los estados financieros. Actúa como enlace clave entre contabilidad y dirección FINANCIERA, enfocándose en control de costes, reporting financiero y cumplimiento de presupuestos. - Preparar y analizar los estados financieros mensuales, trimestrales y anuales para asegurar que reflejan de manera precisa la situación económica de la institución. - Coordinar la elaboración de presupuestos anuales, revisando y evaluando la variación con respecto a lo planificado. - Elaborar informes financieros detallados, proporcionando análisis y recomendaciones sobre la situación económica de la institución. Acostumbrado a reporting mensual en inglés. - Realizar análisis de rentabilidad de los programas educativos, evaluando el impacto financiero y proponiendo mejoras. - Colaborar en el cumplimiento de las normativas fiscales, contables y de auditoría aplicables al sector educativo. - Desarrollar y mantener controles internos que aseguren la integridad financiera y la correcta gestión de los recursos. - Promover y participar en la transformación digital de la compañía, liderando procesos de automatización en el ámbito financiero y de la gestión. Qualifications - Experiencia mínima de 5 años en roles de FP&A, controlling financiero o gestión presupuestaria. - Deseable experiencia en el sector educativo o sectores con modelos de negocio similares. - Muy valorable experiencia previa en auditoría o consultoría financiera. Requirements - Titulación universitaria en ADE, Economía, Contabilidad o disciplinas afines. - Valorable formación de posgrado (MBA, Máster en Finanzas, Control de Gestión o Data Analytics).

Provides reports, queries, and analysis to chapters for account activity, revenue, expenses, etc. • Assists chapter in preparation of annual budget. • Acts as key staff person in annual internal and external audit process communicating with National Office, Chapters, and external auditors. • Facilitates review and evaluation of time and use studies used in allocating the indirect costs of the chapters. • Performs other job-related duties, as assigned.
