Strategic Engineering Consultant

• Provide advanced technical expertise and strategic planning and guidance aligned with long-term business strategy • Design, develop, and implement innovative technology strategies and training programs for end-to-end engineering systems • Assess organizational technology and engineering capabilities • Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and innovation • Develop long-term technology roadmap aligned with business strategy and market trends • Advise executive leadership and make presentations regarding integration of emerging technologies • Conduct feasibility studies, systems modeling, and engineering assessments • Guide deployment of cutting-edge technologies • Collaborate and manage relationships with stakeholders • Evaluate risks associated with technology adoption and regulatory compliance

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology Management, or closely-related field
  • 2 years of experience in an engineering position focused on designing and implementing innovative technology strategies for engineering systems
  • Experience must also include one year of working with engineering projects for infrastructure
  • Approximately 10% of worktime for local, regional, and national travel
