Role Description The RCM Quality Specialist is responsible for developing training documents, creating scorecards, and working with Revenue Cycle Management teams. This individual will follow up on any billing issues and work on special projects (e.g., Denial Prevention Task Force). • Perform functional, regression, integration, cross-browser, and API testing. • Develop, maintain, and execute test cases for web and mobile applications (primarily web). • Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and validate features. • Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation. • Participate in defining and improving QA processes across projects. • Communicate effectively within the team to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

• Take ownership of assessing and enhancing the testing lifecycle, implementing innovative solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness. • Work in an agile environment with developers and product managers to create robust, multi-platform software. • Provide strategic test estimates and contribute to the planning and coordination of comprehensive test activities. • Ensure quality issues are identified, documented, and resolved using tools like Jira and TestRail, setting high standards for the team. • Use Playwright and Appium to contribute to test automation efforts, maintaining frameworks and providing detailed reports to stakeholders. • Proactively identify risks and ensure thorough test coverage for new features and regression testing. • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and guide the growth of junior team members. • Drive the review and creation of feature documentation to be utilized by the wider organization.

• Create and execute robust test plans, cases, and scripts aligned to agile methodologies • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, usability, and acceptance testing • Ensure consistent, high standards of quality across all releases • Actively contribute to sprint ceremonies, including planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives • Work closely with developers to integrate testing seamlessly into each sprint • Collaborate on defining clear acceptance criteria with Product Owners • Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution • Partner with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently • Advocate for increased use of automated testing • Support the development of scalable and efficient QA practices • Communicate testing progress, risks, and outcomes clearly
