• Take ownership of assessing and enhancing the testing lifecycle, implementing innovative solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness. • Work in an agile environment with developers and product managers to create robust, multi-platform software. • Provide strategic test estimates and contribute to the planning and coordination of comprehensive test activities. • Ensure quality issues are identified, documented, and resolved using tools like Jira and TestRail, setting high standards for the team. • Use Playwright and Appium to contribute to test automation efforts, maintaining frameworks and providing detailed reports to stakeholders. • Proactively identify risks and ensure thorough test coverage for new features and regression testing. • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and guide the growth of junior team members. • Drive the review and creation of feature documentation to be utilized by the wider organization.

Role Description Nous recherchons, pour l’un de nos partenaires, un(e) Testeur QA confirmé(e) justifiant d'un minimum de 5 années d’expérience et ayant une certification ISTQB (obligation liée au projet). L’opportunité est disponible en format CDI de Projet. Cette mission de longue durée (plusieurs années) s'inscrit dans le cadre d'un appel d'offres. Les projets sont variés et stratégiques, autour d’applications ERP, de comptabilité, de gestion RH, de GED ainsi que d'applications liées à la recherche. L'enjeu principal de ces projets est l’interopérabilité et la gestion des flux de données entre les différentes applications. Après une première phase de déploiement, les futurs projets concernent principalement le maintien et l’évolution des nouveaux outils et logiciels mis en place. Vous rejoindrez une Squad Agile complète composée de Développeurs, d’un Product Owner et d’un Chef de Projet. Vous porterez le Lead sur la qualité et les compagnes de Tests. • Serve as a delivery leader on tactical quality and regulatory engagements, including but not limited to: Quality Management System (QMS) remediation, Investigation activities, Submission support, Supplier Quality Audits, New Product Introduction QA/RA support. • Ensure delivery excellence, regulatory rigor, and strong client outcomes across all engagements. • Maintain high billable utilization consistent with consulting expectations. • Travel as required to support client projects and audits. • Identify opportunities to expand existing engagements into broader or deeper quality and regulatory programs. • Actively contribute to PF’s reputation as a leader in quality and regulatory consulting.
