• Own delivery of new components within a large-scale fintech platform, supporting ongoing team and platform scaling • Operate at the account level, coordinating multiple Scrum teams in a SAFe environment while improving delivery flow and processes • Gain exposure to the private markets domain and high-demand AI and blockchain technologies • Own delivery coordination across a large-scale SAFe environment with multiple Scrum teams • Establish and maintain collaboration practices across teams to support smooth delivery • Resolve questions and remove blockers to enable teams to deliver on time and on budget • Support delivery execution across three-week sprints and quarterly PI planning cycles • Define and improve delivery processes to support multiple teams and a growing scope • Work with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Architecture to align priorities • Track delivery progress, risks, and dependencies across teams • Support teams in managing priorities, dependencies, and changes in a complex environment
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in Delivery Management
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and SAFe environments
- Strong experience driving and enabling end-to-end delivery across multiple Scrum teams
- Experience working in complex, highly dependent environments
- Solid experience initiating, scaling, and growing large programs or accounts
- Demonstrated ability to establish and improve delivery processes and team collaboration
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including working with senior decision-makers
- Ability to lead discussions with technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
