Role Description We are looking for a Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial electrical construction projects within a self-perform electrical contractor environment, with direct ownership over healthcare, institutional, and complex commercial builds. This role is responsible for driving projects from preconstruction through closeout while overseeing field execution, subcontractor coordination, schedules, financial tracking, and client communication. The position operates within a high-volume commercial electrical environment supporting major long-term projects across Michigan. This is a hands-on project leadership role for someone who can independently manage multiple active projects while maintaining schedule, quality, and budget expectations. - Oversee commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover and closeout - Manage project schedules, manpower planning, procurement activities, and field coordination across active job sites - Interface directly with clients, general contractors, inspectors, vendors, and internal operations teams throughout project execution - Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders to ensure project accuracy and execution - Track project budgets, forecasting, labor productivity, and cost exposure throughout the project lifecycle - Lead coordination efforts between field teams, BIM/VDC support, prefabrication, and estimating departments - Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, field issues, material delays, and project risks before they impact delivery - Support subcontractor management, progress billing, and documentation requirements for commercial electrical projects - Maintain clear communication with leadership regarding project status, staffing needs, and operational challenges - Drive project execution across healthcare, institutional, industrial, and large commercial construction environments Qualifications - 5+ years of experience managing commercial electrical construction projects - Experience working for an electrical contractor or self-perform construction environment required - Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems, construction sequencing, and field operations - Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, schedules, and construction documents - Experience managing multiple active projects simultaneously with direct project ownership responsibility - Familiarity with project management and construction software such as Bluebeam, Procore, Autodesk, or similar platforms - Strong communication skills with the ability to lead coordination between field teams, clients, and subcontractors - Commercial project experience is required; residential-only electrical experience will not be considered Benefits - $125K–$140K base salary + bonus potential - Health insurance + benefits package - Retirement plan options - Paid time off - Strong pipeline of large, complex electrical projects - Collaborative environment with estimating and BIM support

Role Description - Manage the workload of internal projects; - Set and manage client expectations; - Manage project scope, timings and budget; - Consult both internal and external stakeholders for best practices; - Communicate Global standards, workflows, guidelines to all participating parties – Local Ipsos Client Service teams, Operation Teams, third party vendors & Client Teams (local & HQ); - Coordinate internal (virtual) teams formed for various projects; - Act as mediator between production and internal client – keep the information flow going. Be acquainted with Client specific requirements; - Find feasible solutions in a variety of situations for both client and production teams (ad-hoc questions, additional deliverables, etc.); - Administrative tasks related to Project Management details (KPIs, Projects Data Base, and etc.). Qualifications - Previous experience in managing projects (preferably in market research area or in a multinational organization); - Excellent planning, organizational and analytical skills; - Very good English language command – both written and spoken; - Good communication and stakeholder management skills; - Budgeting and controlling experience is a plus; - Seek for “out of the box” solutions in different situations; - Proactivity and ability to prioritize work; - Very good computer knowledge - MS Office; - Bachelor degree (Marketing, Sociology or Economic sciences will be considered as a plus). • Schedule and run weekly client alignment / workshop sessions • Prepare meeting agendas and capture minutes and actions • Follow up with specialist team members to ensure work is progressing on time • Liaise with design and strategy specialists and ensure work remains aligned with priorities • Keep track of deliverables, timelines and next steps • Ensure the client feels informed, supported and confident in progress • Identify risks, delays or scope drift early and raise them proactively • Maintain continuity across the project so that no details are lost between meetings • Review monthly content plan and confirm all content is ready and scheduled • Follow up on posting and delivery timelines • Light client communication and status tracking • Ensure monthly work is completed smoothly and on time

• Manage the full project lifecycle for multiple client engagements, including security monitoring, vulnerability management, SOC Onboarding, professional services engagements, and incident response service deployments. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectations throughout the project. • Develop detailed project plans that align with client requirements, cybersecurity best practices, and managed service offerings. • Ensure timely delivery of cybersecurity solutions such as Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and other managed security services. • Coordinate with the Security Operations Center (SOC) team and other technical resources to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of security solutions. • Identify potential project risks related to client environments, security tools, or compliance requirements, and work proactively to mitigate them. • Track and manage project scope, schedules, and budgets, delivering regular reports to clients and internal leadership. • Collaborate with sales, technical, and operations teams to scope and deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations. • Drive continuous improvement by incorporating lessons learned from client engagements and refining project delivery methodologies. • Ensure all client projects adhere to industry security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR) and internal SLAs. • Lead and manage client projects involving Microsoft technologies, with a primary focus on Microsoft Azure and the wider Microsoft cloud ecosystem. • Oversee the delivery of Microsoft-based transformation, migration, and security enhancement projects within a managed services environment. • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including cloud engineers, security specialists, and SOC resources, to ensure successful delivery of Microsoft technology initiatives. • Ensure Microsoft technology projects are delivered in line with agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. • Act as a central point of coordination between clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors for Microsoft-related projects.
