About the Role We are seeking a Senior Procurement Operations professional to manage and optimize day-to-day procurement activities across the organization. This role focuses on ensuring smooth P2P operations, supporting internal stakeholders, maintaining systems (Zip, Asana, PayEm), and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience. Job Requirements - Strong understanding of financial and procurement (P2P) processes - Proven experience in procurement operations or a similar role - Experience with procurement systems (Zip - advantage) - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot independently - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Experience working with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, MIS) Job Responsibilities - Monitor and manage procurement requests in Zip, identifying and resolving issues proactively - Provide real-time support to employees via Slack and Asana, guiding them through procurement processes - Maintain and optimize approval workflows and permission structures - Manage user communications, including updates, announcements, and system changes - Oversee vendor onboarding processes and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders - Maintain and update procurement documentation and internal portals - Conduct user training sessions and support onboarding for new teams - Review and implement new system features (primarily Zip) on a regular basis - Reassign and manage tasks during employee offboarding to ensure continuity - Lead process improvements based on data analysis and operational insights Benefits Join our village HiBob is a village filled with amazing people and we're especially proud of that.
