Sales Development Representative
Aspire Software
• Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads within the dental and healthcare technology space • Conduct outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities in CRM • Support Account Executives through early discovery and product positioning • Schedule demos, prepare materials, and assist with follow-ups • Learn to run initial product demos for smaller prospects • Research target accounts, industry trends, and competitive landscape • Understand customer pain points around scheduling, referral workflows, and practice operations • Become a trusted first point of contact for prospects • Partner with Marketing on campaigns and events • Share market feedback with Product and Customer Success teams • Support sales operations tasks including data cleanliness, reporting, and documentation
Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer-facing roles, or relevant internships
- If less, having a hungry, hunter and sales mindset could do!
- Strong communication skills—confident, clear, and engaging
- Curious, proactive, and energized by speaking to customers
- Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities
- Interest in healthcare, dental technology, or SaaS
- Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in B2B or SaaS sales
- Background or studies in business, marketing, healthcare, or life sciences
- Familiarity with dental workflows or practice management tools
- Multilingual (Spanish is a major plus for U.S. practices)
