• Drive growth through acquisition of new business • Retain clients and maintain strategic partnerships • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling and networking • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Achieve annual revenue targets through consultative sales to new clients and renewals of existing accounts • Create and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies • Conduct in-depth market analyses to identify trends and competitive advantages • Present and negotiate complex commercial proposals with prospective clients • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to recommend product improvements or new offerings • Attend industry events and workshops to enhance professional skills and expand network

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in financial, banking, or insurance solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in client acquisition and retention
  • Strong cold calling and new business development skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and sales management tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong professional network within the assigned territory
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and competitive analysis
  • P&C license or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire (if applicable)
