• manage the daily and monthly electronic billing workflow • work with both client accounting system and additional e-billing applications • closely work with lawyers and assistants to obtain accrual information • submit estimates/accruals monthly (by deadline) • work with the Pricing Team to submit new timekeepers/rates to various e-billing vendor sites • assist other team members to ensure that all client and department deadlines are met

• Manage the order to cash cycle for both subscription and non-recurring billing, usage reconciliation, and revenue recognition workflows in Stripe or equivalent systems. • Execute recurring and ad-hoc billing activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls. • Lead dispute investigations and resolution with customers, driving swift, professional outcomes. • Manage the payment & collections process to ensure optimized cash receipts during a customer’s life-cycle, including working with Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Legal teams to resolve disputes. • Train internal stakeholders on billing nuances, reporting tools, and financial controls. • Perform complex account reconciliations, including deferred revenue, accounts receivable, and cash accounts. • Prepare accounting support schedules, variance analyses, and month-end close deliverables. • Assist in quarterly and annual audit preparation by organizing documentation and responding to inquiries. • Partner with revenue, Rev ops, and analytics to align data definitions, reporting logic, and reconciliation frameworks. • Configure and maintain subscription plans, billing rules, and pricing structures in Stripe; collaborate with product and engineering teams when needed. • Support the integration of billing, CRM, and GL systems (e.g., QuickBooks Online); ensure data integrity and automation where possible. • Identify areas for process optimization and collaborate with finance and operations teams to implement better tools and practices.

• Provide revenue cycle support services through efficient review and prompt resolution of assigned Medicare and third-party payer accounts • Responsible for the daily resolution of assigned claims with applicable Revenue Integrity pre-bill edits and/or specific Revenue Integrity Hold Codes • Resolve standard billing edits such as: Correct Coding Initiative, Medically Unlikely Edits (MUE), Medical Necessity edits, and other claim level edits as assigned • Review clinical documentation and diagnostic results as appropriate to confirm and apply applicable ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS codes and associated coding modifiers • Ensure coding and billing practices follow Federal/State guidelines by using diverse types of authoritative information • Maintain current knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and other third-party payer billing compliance guidelines and requirements.

• Review signed customer contracts and validate that deal terms are accurately reflected in Salesforce before deals are marked Closed Won • Ensure subscriptions are correctly configured in NetSuite, including pricing, billing schedules, and contract terms • Validate and troubleshoot billing logic after Salesforce-to-NetSuite sync • Ensure invoices are generated accurately and on time based on contract terms • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies by tracing issues across contracts, Salesforce, NetSuite, and invoicing • Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success, including customer-facing communication when billing issues arise • Support high-volume, recurring billing operations in a subscription-based environment • Help maintain strong finance controls and data accuracy as the company continues to scale
