• Define vision for Regulatory Operations, build scalable infrastructure, mentor teams, and provide solutions balancing compliance with business needs. • Oversee lifecycle of submissions, from planning, formatting, publishing (eCTD), to archiving, managing health authority correspondence and commitments. • Implement internal US eCTD submission and Regulatory Information systems including regulatory document templates. • Drive continuous improvement, implement best practices, and develop standard operating procedures for efficient, lean operations. • Partner with Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure integrated, compliant product development. • Monitor global regulatory changes, assess impact, and advise leadership on strategy adjustments. • Oversee relationships with external vendors and contractors for systems and technology.

• Assign accurate HTS classifications using GRIs, section/chapter notes, explanatory notes, administrative rulings, and CBP guidance • Validate PGA implications (FDA, EPA, CPSC, etc.) and admissibility requirements. • Screen for AD/CVD exposure using ACE and Federal Register sources. • Conduct structured research on tariff updates, regulatory changes, trade actions, and PGA requirements. • Review product information (materials, construction, function, specifications) to ensure necessary details are available for accurate classification.

• Collaborate with leadership to advance blockchain analytics and fraud investigation capabilities • Work with FCC’s fraud control tools, identifying and evaluating blockchain-based risks • Spearhead initiatives to enhance comprehension and utilization of blockchain and anti-fraud technology • Merge technical expertise with strategic foresight for effective data management and risk recognition

• Own and build Mercury’s Ethics & Conduct program: • Design, implement, and scale ethics programs including Conflicts of Interest, Gifts & Entertainment, and Anti-Bribery & Corruption. • Maintain and enhance existing ethics-related programs such as Whistleblowing (Speak-Up) and Insider Trading • Define clear ownership models, escalation paths, and governance structures for ethics-related issues • Create practical, auditable processes: • Build intake, disclosure, review, escalation, and documentation workflows for ethics-related matters • Partner with Legal and the People team on investigations, sensitive employee issues, and remediation • Ensure programs are well-documented, consistently applied, and audit- and exam-ready • Develop employee-facing guidance and training • Translate ethics and conduct expectations into clear, practical guidance for employees • Partner with Compliance Training to design and roll out targeted ethics training and communications • Support annual attestations, certifications, and ongoing reinforcement of ethical expectations
