Senior Manager, Data Analytics – iCasino
Fanatics, Inc.
• Develop a strong understanding of Fanatics Betting and Gaming. • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders in finance, performance, marketing, engineering, legal & compliance, operations, commercial, and external regulatory authorities. • Provide leadership, mentoring and technical expertise within the Casino Analytics team, being ready to delve into other areas of business analytics as needed - especially in the early days of our team's growth. • Be a hands-on analyst, creating insights both regular and ad hoc. Gather and present insights metrics and activities to key stakeholders, becoming a trusted source of intelligence and advisory over time. • Remain current on technology and trends in data analytics and the sports betting & gaming world.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years proven experience in an analytics role.
- Experience managing a team of analysts.
- Degree in a relevant field, e.g. Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Engineering, or Computer Science
- Strong SQL proficiency.
- Strong proficiency in a statistical programming language, e.g. R or Python.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, e.g. Tableau or Sigma.
- Experience in data analysis or mathematical model development, with a strong understanding of statistics concepts such as multivariate testing.
- Demonstrated ability to partner closely with stakeholders, earning trust and prioritizing relationships
- Strong executive presentation and communication skills.
- Highly outcome oriented and data driven.
- Excellent influencing and problem resolution skills.
- Previous experience in the betting and gaming industry is a significant plus.
