Senior Product Data Analyst

• Own and drive end-to-end product analytics and experimentation for key consumer-facing products and initiatives • Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments • Partner with Product Managers to define clear hypotheses, success metrics, and guardrails for experiments and product launches • Conduct deep-dive analysis on user behavior, funnels, cohorts, and journeys • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders • Develop and maintain key product KPIs, dashboards, and monitoring metrics • Ensure accurate event tracking and data instrumentation for new and existing product features • Build analytical models or ML solutions where appropriate • Act as a thought partner and data leader within product teams • Support ad-hoc analyses and strategic deep dives that influence roadmap prioritization and business strategy

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Product Analytics, or a closely related role in a consumer-facing tech company
  • Proven, hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests that led to measurable improvements in metrics like revenue, ARPU, retention, etc.
  • Strong understanding of experimental design, statistics, and causal inference
  • Deep experience analyzing user funnels, cohorts, lifecycle metrics, and customer journeys
  • Fluency in SQL and high proficiency in Python or R
  • Experience building compelling dashboards and data visualizations to communicate insights
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to product strategy and commercial outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining analytical rigor and execution quality
  • Prior experience in fintech, crypto, or marketplace products is a plus, but not required

Herschend is seeking a Rooms Revenue Analyst to join the team at our newest hospitality venture, Dolly Parton’s SongTeller Hotel, located in the heart of Downtown Nashville. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset and a passion for hospitality, leveraging data to optimize hotel revenue performance. This individual stays ahead of market and demand trends by closely monitoring pricing dynamics, booking patterns, and market intelligence. The Rooms Revenue Analyst supports the Regional Director of Revenue Management in the day-to-day tasks including: - Pricing - Data collection and analysis - Distribution channel management This position is responsible for executing tactical changes for revenue and distribution strategy and communicating key changes with the Front Office, Reservations, and Sales Teams. The right Rooms Revenue Analyst will be equal parts curious learner, innovator, administrator, and detail driver. Summary of Essential Functions & Responsibilities: - Update and validate all required data entry for daily, weekly, and period end reports used for monitoring performance against budget, forecast, and prior year - Compile market pricing reports and monitor daily for directional changes - Collect, sort, and analyze data from a variety of sources to support revenue and marketing initiatives - Assist Director in preparing short and long-term forecasts - Ensure proactive and accurate maintenance and management of revenue systems including PMS, RMS, and booking engine - Build and maintain all rates, packages, and add-ons in revenue programs and software - Execute tactical changes to length-of-stay (LOS) at house level and by room type - Support yield strategy by managing inventory controls on revenue programs and software - Validate rate, inventory, and house level restrictions changes have updated on OTA sites - Maximize revenue potential by monitoring and balancing fragmented room type inventory - Track denials/regrets and ancillary revenue - Troubleshoot systems as needed by opening and maintaining tickets with IT vendors until resolution - Be knowledgeable of all core and special rates - Build promotions in PMS, Booking Engine, and OTAs and track production for Director of Hospitality Marketing - Handle VIP and corporate reservation requests Qualifications - Minimum 18 years of age - High School diploma or equivalent required.
