• Provide pre-sales technical support and technical expertise to our customers and partners with objective to achieve sales targets. • Establish trusted advisory role with strategic customers and partners (CIO, CISO). • Enable and/or update partner network on product evolution. • Perform workshops with prospects or customers on product evaluations and do demonstrations. • Perform hands-on tests to validate customer proof-of-concept setups, network designs, and network deployments using new products and feature. • Respond to RFI’s/RFP’s. • Provide market and product feedback to product management and back-office. • Keep up-to-date on competitive solutions, products, and services. • Author whitepapers, knowledge base articles, and other customer/partner facing content.
Job Requirements
- Experience in planning and designing or operating service provider or large enterprise WAN/LAN networks
- Knowledge on solutions on Cloud security with FWaaS, DLP, CASB, RBI and Malware prevention solutions.
- Knowledge on technologies used in the security scene, such as proxies, SSL/TLS, VPN’s, Active Director/SAML/LDAP, threat prevention and mitigation
- Understanding networking and security architectures on the SASE framework.
- In depth understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack and operation.
- Knowledge on WAN technologies and protocols like MPLS, MPLS based VPNs, BGP, OSPF, QoS, NAT, Multicast.
- Knowledge in architecting and/or managing large-scale, high performing and resilient Enterprise networking and security solutions.
- Knowledge on Linux administration.
- Beneficial Skills: Knowledge on best practices architectures for SaaS applications.
- Hands-on experience in public and private cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Openstack, VMware.
- Shell scripting, python scripting knowledge.

Role Description The Systems Integration Manager III is a senior technical and project leader responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of highly complex material handling solutions. This role oversees integration across all engineering disciplines, manages critical client relationships, and drives strategic decisions to achieve committed functionality, performance, and availability. The SIM III serves as the primary technical authority during project execution, mentors team members, and contributes to organizational best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires advanced technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders. Duties and Responsibilities - Pre-Sales Support - Provide expert-level validation of proposed solutions for technical feasibility and operational performance. - Review and approve design assumptions, system requirements, functional scope, and acceptance criteria. - Evaluate simulation strategies and results; recommend optimizations to meet performance targets. - Identify and mitigate high-impact risks through proactive review of the Risk and Opportunity Register. - Project Coordination & Detail Engineering - Lead synchronization of engineering efforts across mechanical, controls, software, and third-party suppliers to ensure solution integrity. - Drive resolution of complex open points, risk items, and change requests with minimal oversight. - Approve functional and interface specifications, exception handling, and recovery strategies. - Oversee preparation and validation of all project documentation from sales handover through final acceptance. - Define and enforce test strategies for system readiness, including simulation, emulation, functional acceptance, throughput, and site acceptance testing. - Establish and monitor KPIs and reporting frameworks to ensure compliance with design assumptions and contractual commitments. - Commissioning and Ramp-Up - Lead readiness activities for customer takeover, ensuring operational stability and performance compliance. - Monitor and analyze system data and KPIs; implement corrective actions and strategic improvements. - Manage issue resolution during ramp-up and provide executive-level reporting and recommendations. - Performs other duties as assigned. The Contractor shall perform integration testing to ensure code maintenance activities do not affect the following dependent interfacing systems. 3.Regression Testing – against all previous test cases and results to ensure that new code, functionality, or new releases have not introduced errors to existing functionality. 4.Functional Testing – that tests the front and back-end functionality of the code to ensure that all the data entry, user interface, encryption, and application calculations are working correctly. 5.Security Testing – conduct software code vulnerability scans and testing that ensures the software is free of any potential vulnerabilities or weaknesses, risks, or threats. The Contractor shall provide certified scan reports validating the required code quality. 6.Database Testing – to include shadowing, mirroring, journaling, lock table assessment, performance for global read/writes, load testing, daylight savings time freeze, backup/restore, and system and database failure/recovery
