The Contractor shall perform integration testing to ensure code maintenance activities do not affect the following dependent interfacing systems. 3.Regression Testing – against all previous test cases and results to ensure that new code, functionality, or new releases have not introduced errors to existing functionality. 4.Functional Testing – that tests the front and back-end functionality of the code to ensure that all the data entry, user interface, encryption, and application calculations are working correctly. 5.Security Testing – conduct software code vulnerability scans and testing that ensures the software is free of any potential vulnerabilities or weaknesses, risks, or threats. The Contractor shall provide certified scan reports validating the required code quality. 6.Database Testing – to include shadowing, mirroring, journaling, lock table assessment, performance for global read/writes, load testing, daylight savings time freeze, backup/restore, and system and database failure/recovery

• Design, build, and maintain internal AI solutions • Develop custom AI applications, automations, and internal tools aligned with our enterprise AI priorities (enterprise search, intelligent automation, virtual agent capabilities, and secure AI enablement). • Build prototypes and production-ready functionality using Python (primarily), JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages. • Integrate AI capabilities into core systems including Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), Salesforce, Okta Workflows, and internal APIs. • Implement retrieval pipelines, embeddings, prompt orchestration, and internal agent frameworks. • Act as the AI business partner for the organization • Meet with teams across the business to analyze workflows and identify opportunities to apply AI and automation. • Translate ambiguous needs into technical solutions that drive measurable impact. • Create AI usage patterns, templates, and frameworks employees can adopt quickly and safely. • Support AI Governance Board workstreams and implement safety, auditability, data privacy, and responsible-use controls. • Develop integrations and automation pipelines • Use APIs, webhooks, and scripting to connect AI systems to operational and business data. • Build automation pipelines that significantly reduce cycle times across operations, finance, and People workflows. • Partner with Enterprise Systems to integrate AI into order-to-cash workflows, operational tooling, and enterprise systems. • Support Spring’s AI infrastructure & enterprise AI tooling strategy • Collaborate with Security and Engineering to ensure responsible, compliant, and observable AI deployments. • Evaluate and integrate enterprise AI tools such as Glean, Console, and other AI productivity platforms. • Contribute to guidelines, architecture patterns, and playbooks for internal AI development. • Enable, train, and empower the company to use AI • Build documentation, guides, and internal tools that make AI adoption intuitive for all employees. • Partner with Enablement to design and deliver internal AI education programs. • Serve as a technical escalation point for complex AI and automation challenges.

• Own user lifecycle management across identity providers, devices, GitHub, and SaaS tools (onboarding, offboarding, role changes). • Manage and improve endpoint management for a fully remote workforce (macOS and Linux), including security posture, patching, and device compliance. • Administer identity, access management, and SSO systems (e.g., Okta or equivalent), following least-privilege principles. • Manage GitHub organization settings, access controls, repositories, and automation in partnership with engineering teams. • Build and maintain automation for IT workflows using code (e.g., provisioning, access reviews, audits). • Maintain and improve internal IT systems and tooling with a focus on reliability, scalability, and developer experience. • Partner with security and engineering teams to support compliance initiatives (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001), audits, and evidence collection. • Define and enforce device, access, and security policies while balancing usability and productivity. • Evaluate, deploy, and manage SaaS tools used across the company. • Lead IT initiatives from 0→1, including system rollouts, tooling migrations, and process improvements. • Document systems, workflows, and standards to reduce operational toil and improve clarity.
