Senior Director, Product Management

EZCORP

• Lead strategic product initiatives and drive product excellence across the Digital Product organization • Provide deep product leadership for customer-facing products and platforms • Build product management capabilities, establish best practices, and mentor product teams • Serve as a key strategic partner to executive leadership, translating business strategy into product vision and roadmaps • Define and own multi-year product strategy aligned with EZCORP’s business and operating objectives • Drive improvements in customer satisfaction, digital adoption, and revenue performance • Champion a customer-centric approach grounded in measurable business outcomes • Establish consistent product management standards, governance, and accountability • Collaborate with Operations, IT, and Design teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule and on budget

Job Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or Platform Leadership roles
  • 8-10+ years in senior leadership positions (Director / Senior Director or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex products in regulated industries, preferably financial services, lending, payments, or retail finance
  • Proven ability to scale and modernize large, mission-critical platforms
  • Strong cross-functional leadership experience with Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Finance
  • Track record of driving execution predictability and measurable business outcomes
  • Exceptional communication and decision-making skills at the executive level
  • Experience with AI-assisted prototyping (Claude Code, Cursor, Figma AI)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or related field required
  • MBA or Master's degree strongly preferred
