Job Description
Senior Product Manager – MX/DX SDK Team
Yuno
• Define and lead the long-term vision for Yuno’s SDK Developer and Merchant Experience, focusing on ease of integration, operational reliability, and scalability. • Own the SDK platform logic layer, including APIs, versioning, performance, resilience, and observability. • Reduce merchant and developer time-to-integrate by improving onboarding, documentation, tooling, and integration flows across Web, iOS, Android, plugins, and payment links. • Drive the full product lifecycle for DX/MX initiatives, from discovery and prioritization to delivery, launch, and iteration. • Partner closely with engineering to balance platform health, technical debt, and feature delivery while maintaining backward compatibility. • Enable faster and safer rollout of new payment methods, wallets, antifraud integrations, and channels through clear contracts and metadata-driven capabilities. • Collaborate with Support, Operations, Sales, and Account Management to identify recurring integration issues and reduce operational load through product improvements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, owning platform, SDK, API, or developer-facing products in B2B SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of SDKs, APIs, and distributed systems, with the ability to reason about performance, versioning, backward compatibility, and reliability.
- Experience working on payments, fintech, or similarly complex domains with asynchronous flows, third-party dependencies, and compliance constraints.
- Proven ability to reduce integration complexity and operational friction for developers and merchants through product design and prioritization.
- Strong product judgment: able to balance merchant needs, platform scalability, and long-term technical health.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align engineering, product, and business stakeholders around clear trade-offs and priorities.
- Highly organized and outcome-driven, able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong AI proficiency, with hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. Claude Code, coding agents, etc.) to accelerate product discovery, technical understanding, documentation, and productive collaboration with engineering teams.
