• Manage and support supply chain activities including purchase orders, supplier coordination, and stock management • Handle logistics scheduling, delivery tracking, and shipment documentation • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across time zones • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, supplier data, and procurement activity • Use relevant tools such as ERP systems, inventory management software, and Excel • Support the wider team with demand forecasting, supplier performance reviews, and cost analysis • Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple supply chain tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in ERP platforms and Microsoft Excel
- Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience working with UK-based clients or employers is advantageous
- Must have a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment.

These are the responsibilities associated with this role: - Prevention of supplier disruption to our manufacturing plants is of chief importance for this roles success. - Drive all Buyers to standardize best practice processes, so that there is commonality of process, KPI's, reports and training. - Understand Supply Risks 6 to 9 months ahead of their occurrence and communicate those risks cross-functionally and with Supply Chain, Operations and purchasing management team. - Develop plans to mitigate those Supply Risks and collaborate cross-functionally in taking action to prevent supply disruptions. - Manage Source Change Plans from one supplier to another. - Ensure Suppliers are held accountable for on-time delivery based on stated Lead Times. - Work closely with Key Suppliers where capacity is less than required to meet the Purchase Forecast and ensure a clear action plan exists to maximize capacity. - Responsible to ensure Suppliers are building monthly production plans that ensure the Committed Quantities are being produced/shipped - Measure & communicate on-time delivery by Supplier and ensure targets are agreed to for the quarter/year. - Ensure stock status is reviewed and acted on weekly and ensure requisitions are placed in a timely fashion. - Ensure SAP parameters are maintained by monitoring minimum, maximum safety, and current inventory levels; making recommendations to management for adjustments to levels. - Implement creative solutions and pilot them, but look to automate the process or report, once it is fully working and accepted by the stakeholders - Enforce safety rules and policies, so that all employees, contractors and visitors achieve a target of zero accidents. - Review of cost and budgetary commitments to deliver annually our financial commitments while achieving our customers' expectations. • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP supply chain modules, including Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Warehouse Management (WM), and related functionalities. • Partner with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and drive process improvements across procurement, inventory, production, and logistics functions. • Provide subject matter expertise in supply chain best practices, ensuring alignment between SAP capabilities and operational processes. • Own and manage end-to-end SAP initiatives, including scope definition, solution design, testing strategy, and go-live execution. • Lead system integration and cross-functional alignment with Finance, Operations, and Sourcing to ensure seamless end-to-end processes. • Oversee testing activities, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring solution quality and business readiness. • Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and user training materials to support adoption and knowledge transfer. • Monitor system performance, identify root causes of issues, and drive resolution to maintain operational continuity. • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by recommending enhancements, optimizations, and scalable solutions. • Stay current on SAP enhancements, S/4HANA capabilities, and industry trends to support continuous improvement and innovation.
