• own the end-to-end discovery lifecycle – stakeholder interviews, process walkthroughs, data audits, current-state assessment, and gap analysis across plan, source, make, deliver, and return • define what a supply chain control tower looks like at each maturity horizon • translate findings into a phased 2–3 year implementation roadmap • build defensible TCO, ROI, and value-attribution models • evaluate master data maturity, data lineage, governance, and integration readiness • serve as the trusted advisor to C-suite and VP-level supply chain leaders • facilitate executive workshops, present findings • direct a cross-functional team of functional analysts, data engineers, and solution architects during discovery • assess integration requirements against existing ERP, planning, and WMS platforms
Job Requirements
- 12+ years in supply chain consulting, transformation, or operations leadership
- 5+ years in a client-facing advisory or delivery lead role
- experience in apparel, footwear, or fashion retail supply chains
- familiarity with seasonal demand patterns, color/size/style matrices
- 12–18 month sourcing lead times from Asian factories
- deep working knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP processes
- inventory optimization and allocation
- ability to assess maturity and design target-state processes
- prior involvement in designing, implementing, or operating a supply chain control tower
- practical understanding of master data management, data governance, and system integration patterns
- experience building business cases, TCO models, and value-attribution frameworks
- executive-level presentation and facilitation skills
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Role Description In this role you will provide day to day management of international shipping documents and a clear understanding of AES (Automated Export System) filing. This position requires interaction with Medtronic distribution facilities, freight companies and business unit personnel supporting intercompany shipments from US distribution centers, US Cross docks and Dominican Republic Cross dock. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: - Performs a variety of import/export duties that include processing papers necessary to facilitate shipments between international locations. - Administers the efficient and economical movement of goods in accordance with organizational policies. - Prepares, reviews, approves and maintains files for import/export documents required for the lawful completion of import/export activities. - Serves as an import/export liaison for international customers/subsidiaries, distribution, procurement, planning, manufacturing, intercompany finance, regulatory and import/export compliance functions. - Plans, schedules and routes imports and exports, including monitoring the flow of traffic to/from foreign destinations, ensuring related customer service, brokerage and customs transaction compliance. • Establish and operationalize a robust supplier cyber risk & resilience management program to identify, assess, and support resolution of cyber and resilience risks across RTX’s supply chain. • Identify, implement and maintain processes, methodology, tools and technologies to support supplier cyber risk and resilience management. • Plan and conduct supplier cyber & resilience assessments, identify risks, document risk assessments in standard report deliverable, and support implementation of risk mitigation strategies. • Document and manage findings and remediation plans in RTX’s authoritative source of record throughout the entire finding lifecycle. • Support evaluation of supplier compliance with RTX cybersecurity policies, industry standards, and government regulations (e.g., NIST, CMMC, DFARS). • Build strong relationships with suppliers to promote cybersecurity best practices and drive continuous improvement in supplier cyber risk management. • Lead efforts to address supplier-related cybersecurity incidents, including root cause analysis and corrective actions. • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of the supplier cyber risk management program. • Provide regular status update on program health to Director - Digital Risk. • Drive supplier and internal awareness programs to enhance understanding of cybersecurity risks and requirements. • Partner with RTX supply chain, product security, and other relevant teams to align supplier cyber risk management strategies with corporate objectives. • Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, Cyber Defense, Internal Audit, Legal, and Compliance, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to digital risk management. • Partner with other GRC functions to drive the development and implementation of risk-based policies and controls to safeguard digital assets and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to digital risk. • Must be willing occasionally travel onsite in Dallas, TX or Farmington, CT.
