Role Description Nuestro cliente es una compañía tecnológica referente en el proceso hipotecario digital, enfocada en aportar soluciones de financiación dentro del sector inmobiliario que colabora estrechamente con inmobiliarias y promotoras. Seleccionamos a un/a profesional comercial con alrededor de 7 años de experiencia en el sector inmobiliario, con capacidad para generar negocio desde cero y consolidar relaciones estratégicas a largo plazo. - Captación activa de inmobiliarias y promotoras inmobiliarias. - Desarrollo y gestión de cartera de clientes. - Identificación de oportunidades de financiación (hipotecas y préstamos promotor). - Asesoramiento financiero básico a clientes y partners. - Seguimiento de operaciones hasta el cierre, en coordinación con el equipo de asesoramiento hipotecario, que gestiona la operación de principio a fin. - Coordinación interna para la correcta formalización de operaciones. - Construcción de relaciones sólidas a largo plazo y generación continua de nuevas oportunidades. Qualifications - Provienes del sector inmobiliario y entiendes bien el mercado. - Tienes experiencia en desarrollo de negocio o ventas B2B. - Sabes generar negocio desde cero y te sientes cómodo/a en entornos exigentes. - Eres una persona ambiciosa, con mentalidad comercial y fuerte orientación a resultados. - Destacas por tu disciplina, constancia y capacidad de organización trabajando en remoto. - Eres autónomo/a, responsable y sabes gestionar tu actividad sin supervisión constante. - Tienes buenas habilidades de comunicación y negociación. - Nivel alto de inglés. - Resides en la zona de Málaga / Marbella. - Dispones de carnet de conducir y vehículo propio.
