• Own and drive new business opportunities end-to-end — from first conversation to signed deal • Prospect, qualify, and close new customers across brands, agencies, and strategic partners • Build and maintain a strong pipeline in a fast-moving environment • Source and structure data-driven partnerships, including data exchange and technical collaborations, that support revenue growth and product expansion • Develop long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers • Stay close to customer feedback and market trends to help influence product and positioning • Represent Vendelux externally at industry events, conferences, and meetings
Job Requirements
- 5-10+ years in business development, partnerships, strategy & operations, consulting, or a similar analytical/operational role
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Comfortable selling to mid-market and enterprise clients
- Strong communicator who can build trust quickly and navigate complex conversations
- Self-starter mentality — you’re comfortable owning your number and your process
- Thrive in fast-paced, early-stage or scaling environments
- Bonus Points: Experience in data, analytics, media, or marketing intelligence platforms
- Familiarity with events, experiential marketing, or brand marketing ecosystems
- Experience working with international clients or expanding into new markets.

Role Description We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to play a critical role in our sales organization, generate new business opportunities, and qualify leads for the sales team.
