Executive Supply Chain Partner

• Serves as a trusted advisor to clients who are CPOs from Global 1000 organizations • Engages clients to identify mission-critical priorities and key initiatives • Manages a portfolio of senior executive client relationships • Participates in account planning with Account Executives • Supports research activities • Defines and delivers innovative solutions based on client needs and overall Gartner Procurement strategy • Establishes and maintains working relationships with various internal groups • Participates in presentations and relevant research communities
Job Requirements
- A university graduate (Masters preferred)
- 10+ years’ experience working in a senior management role, as a CPO, typically as a SVP, or EVP capacity
- Excellent interpersonal skills; no whiff of arrogance about them
- Ability and experience working with C level executives
- Strong EQ and ability to demonstrate reflective listening skills
- Strong time/project management skills
- In-depth understanding of Procurement industry
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Monitor Depot-level spare materials support for F135 depot operations • Provide global inventory warehousing and distribution services for the F-35 unit-level operating locations • Ensure logistics planning and execution tied to the maturation of the F135 repair cycle process • Drive integration and communications to ensure that depot and unit level parts’ shortages are resolved in an efficient manner • Serve as primary liaison with P&W East Hartford global spares support team • Coordinate with the F135 Global Spares Package (GSP) Warehouse for rapid pick/pack/ship of F135 spares
• Provide expertise and direction on change management, communication, and human capital strategies. • Partner with operations leaders to understand business needs and projects. • Drive value for Supply Chain and associates. • Serve as a change management champion. • Provide objective HR guidance and create sustainable solutions. • Document project issues/risks and track timely mitigation/resolution. • Gains a deep understanding of business needs and project outcomes. • Ensure project information is communicated to key HR stakeholders. • Facilitates working sessions and key meetings to ensure all elements of the people experience are considered.
