BMS Engineer
Honeywell
• Carrying out installations, quoted works, project support, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) • Out of hours support to customers on their BMS • Operating, maintaining and interrogating Honeywell BMS Controllers & Field Control Systems • Carry out commissioning of small automation and controls projects • Modify and interrogate BMS Software programs, strategies, and systems • Continually ensure all Energy Saving measures for all Building Services are monitored and modified accordingly • Develop and maintain excellent customer relations with our client base at varying sites
Job Requirements
- Previous experience working with BMS systems and controls with knowledge of operating and maintaining HVAC systems
- Experience in protocols such as BACnet, M-Bus and Modbus
- A good awareness of Health and Safety and related risk assessments
- Ability to trouble shoot and fault find quickly to resolve reactive works quickly and effectively
- Great communications skills both written and verbal to be able to compile and complete reports and build strong customer relationships.
