• Perform detailed Quality Control (QC) reviews of Civil OSP design packages • Validate that designs comply with Client-specific templates and technical documentation • Cross-reference designs against local jurisdictional requirements (Municipal ROW, DOT) and national standards (NEC, NESC) • Identify inconsistencies or missing elements and provide clear, actionable feedback to the CAD and design teams • Assist Project Managers in tracking design review cycles, maintaining comment logs, and meeting submittal deadlines • Help integrate feedback from external stakeholders back into the design workflow • Utilize and maintain QC checklists to ensure consistency across all project deliverables • Assist in identifying recurring design errors to help improve upstream processes • Leverage digital tools to monitor workflow efficiency and reduce manual errors

• The Design and Construction Coordination Support/Document Control team member coordinates activities between Civil Infrastructure Engineering, design, and construction management teams to ensure alignment across construction packages. • The role manages and tracks reviews of RFIs, NCRs, QMDPs, Bridge Quality Assessment Reports, and Design Variance Requests, serving as the primary point of contact at construction offices. • They lead submittal review meetings, maintain organized project documentation, and ensure all records are properly archived within a systematic document control process. • Reviews engineering submittals, review comments, and responses between Engineering, Final Design, Construction, and Project Development teams to ensure comments are complete and compliant with high-speed rail requirements. • Participates in engineering meetings representing the Engineering team. • Provides project status updates and tracks activities for weekly and monthly reporting, including maintaining tracker logs. • Develops and maintains a systematic and organized document control system. • Coordinates technical submittals, including Requests for Information (RFI), Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Quality Milestone Data Packages (QMDP), Bridge Quality Assessment Reports, and Design Variance Requests (DVR), including reviews and directives among Engineering, Construction Services, and PCM Engineering staff. • Facilitates communication between Engineering and PCM engineering staff. • Communicates Engineering processes and policies. • Participates in over-the-shoulder meetings, draft DVR meetings, and issue resolution meetings. • Assists in the preparation of bulletins, memoranda, policies, and procedures. • Represents the Engineering team in support of functional branches.

• Design and coordinate fully integrated home automation systems including lighting control, motorised blinds/shading, power distribution, audio-visual systems, security alarms, access control, centralised control systems • Produce detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, and installation documentation. Adapt designs to suit project budgets and client requirements. • Review and interpret MEP and electrical drawings. Understand system interfaces, intent, and coordination requirements. • Identify clashes, inconsistencies, missing information, and design risks. Raise RFIs and clarification points early in the design process. • Lead technical clarification discussions with consultants and project teams. • Work closely with Project Managers, Installers, Electricians, External consultants and participate in technical meetings and design reviews.
